  • Through The Trees

“It was so nice to connect with people in nature over tea and share and learn together about the full moon. The releasing ceremony was just what I needed to get rid of what no longer serves me and make room for more positive things in my life. I left feeling lighter and with a great sense of peace and contentment.”

  • Through The Trees

“We did forest bathing and learned about trees and sustainable use of tree parts for tea and tinctures. It really helped me feel centered and grounded, and I can’t wait to try making Tree tea at home.”

Join us for this month's Sacred Pause, with some relaxing and restorative time in nature. Take a pause from daily stress and busy-ness and fill your cup during this two-hour gathering just before the powerful Full Hunter's Moon. Our Guides will begin with a walk on our wooded trail, foraging for tea along the way. Once at the magical Frost Gully Brook (about 1/2 mile), we will call in the four directions, offer a brief centering meditation and hold tea ceremony. There will be time to simply be, exploring or just sitting by the brook, journaling if desired. Earth oracle cards will be available for anyone who wishes to draw one. This time will close with a walk back from the brook and gratitude circle.

Our Sacred Pause gatherings are a way to come together to restore our bodies, minds and hearts, helping us to connect more deeply and align with our higher selves and Mother Earth. We invite participants to come with an open heart and mind. We wish to hold this sacred space in a way that feels safe and without judgement, honoring each individual's uniqueness. Ages 17+ please.
