Wildly Mindful is an online space where Through the Trees Guides will support and guide you through each week in mindfulness practices and nature invitations that will help to bring about peace, balance, joy, and a deeper sense of self.
Through meditation, breath work, yoga, journaling, gratitude practice, divine connection, forest bathing and lessons in plant and tree medicine, you will tap into your inner wisdom and deepen your interconnection with the earth. Creating and deepening these connections will open your heart, and ultimately allow you to tap into your soul's essence to share your own beautiful and unique light with the world, in whatever way that may be.

- Sundays: Individual Spirit Card Drawings
- Mondays: Vinyasa Yoga (6:45 to 7:30am EDT)
- Wednesdays: Yin Yoga (5:00 to 5:45pm EDT)
- Thursdays: Guided Meditation (8:00 to 8:30pm EDT)
- Fridays: Vinyasa Yoga (6:45 to 7:30am EDT)
- Monthly: Nature Connection Class, such as Tree Spirit invitations, Making Tinctures, Foraging (TBA each month)

Meet Our Wildly Mindful Guides
Nichole has been practicing yoga for over a decade and has first hand experience as to how yoga helps to meet the challenges and demands of every day life. She sought her first certification in 2012, completing the Baptiste Power Yoga Teacher Training, in order to share yoga with others. She has since completed the Yin and Meditation Teacher Training (Sagel Urlacher 2014) and Restorative Yoga Teacher Training (Bernie Clark 2018). Nichole is a homeschooling mom to her eight-year-old daughter and enjoys spending time on her paddle board and exploring outdoors.
Stacey brings many years of experience and a love for working with in art, nature, yoga, and mindfulness. She developed and led Peaceful Painting workshops and Mind-Body-Nature camps in California. Most recently, she was a preschool teacher in Yarmouth, Maine and offered youth and family yoga classes at Sundara Yoga in Brunswick. Stacey enjoys deeply connecting with the earth, making art, tending to her gardens, hiking, and being on or near the water. Stacey has six chickens, two Nubian goats (Peanut and Honey) and a two-year-old rescue dog, Dobby Roo, who loves to walk everyday with Stacey in the woods.
Kendall is a Registered Maine Guide, Forest Therapy Guide, and Certified Holistic Health Coach with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Kendall shares her passion for nature and mindfulness as a Guide in our youth Nature Immersion programs and offers Full Moon Circles and classes on wild edible plants, herbal & plant spirit medicine, forest mindfulness, and wilderness survival. She is also a homeschooling mom to two boys and co-author of the cookbook, Kicking Cancer in the Kitchen.
