Our Wildly Mindfulness Community is a place to bring your energy and focus into connecting with nature, ourselves and each other. Through the Trees Guides will support and guide you through each week in mindfulness practices and nature invitations that will help to bring about peace, balance, joy, and a deeper sense of self.
Through meditation, breath work, yoga, journaling, gratitude practice, divine connection, forest bathing and lessons in plant and tree medicine, as well as connecting with others in our community, you will tap into your inner wisdom and deepen your interconnection with the earth. Creating and deepening these connections will open your heart, and ultimately allow you to tap into your soul's essence to share your own beautiful and unique light with the world, in whatever way that may be.
What's Included (attend any or all as desired!):
All Sessions are offered live Virtually and recorded to watch later.*
- Mondays: Vinyasa Yoga (6:45 to 7:30am EDT)
- Tuesdays: Evening Meditation (8:00 to 8:20pm EDT)
- Wednesdays: Yin Yoga (5:00 to 5:45pm EDT)
- Thursdays: Spirit Card Reading (8:00 to 8:15pm EDT)
- Fridays: Vinyasa Yoga (6:45 to 7:30am EDT)
- Saturdays: Mindful Micro-Minute (8:00 to 8:10am EDT)
- Monthly: Nature Connection & Check-In (One Saturday or Sunday/month, TBA)
- Monthly: New Moon Ritual (8:00 to 8:30pm EDT on New Moon each month)

Meet Our Wildly Mindful Guides
Kendall is a Registered Maine Guide, Forest Therapy Guide, and Certified Holistic Health Coach with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Kendall shares her passion for nature and mindfulness as a Guide in our youth Nature Immersion programs and offers Full Moon Circles and classes on wild edible plants, herbal & plant spirit medicine, forest mindfulness, and wilderness survival. She is also a homeschooling mom to two boys and co-author of the cookbook, Kicking Cancer in the Kitchen.
Nichole has been practicing yoga for over a decade and has first hand experience as to how yoga helps to meet the challenges and demands of every day life. She sought her first certification in 2012, completing the Baptiste Power Yoga Teacher Training, in order to share yoga with others. She has since completed the Yin and Meditation Teacher Training (Sagel Urlacher 2014) and Restorative Yoga Teacher Training (Bernie Clark 2018). Nichole is a homeschooling mom to her eight-year-old daughter and enjoys spending time on her paddle board and exploring outdoors.
