WILDLY MINDFUL COMMUNITY
Shining your light through mindful connection with nature, self & each other
Are you craving more mindfulness, spirituality, and nature connection in your life?
Would you like to feel more grounded and peaceful each day?
Would you like some accountability in your mindfulness practice?
Our Wildly Mindful Community is a place to bring your energy and focus into connecting with nature, ourselves and each other. Through the Trees Guides will support and guide you through each week in mindfulness practices and nature invitations that will help to bring about peace, balance, joy, and a deeper sense of self.
Through meditation, breath work, yoga, journaling, gratitude practice, divine connection, forest bathing and lessons in plant and tree medicine, as well as connecting with others in our community, you will tap into your inner wisdom and deepen your interconnection with the earth. Creating and deepening these connections will open your heart, and ultimately allow you to tap into your soul's essence to share your own beautiful and unique light with the world, in whatever way that may be.

She is also a homeschooling mom to two boys and co-author of the cookbook, Kicking Cancer in the Kitchen.
Nichole has been practicing yoga for over a decade and has first hand experience as to how yoga helps to meet the challenges and demands of every day life. She sought her first certification in 2012, completing the Baptiste Power Yoga Teacher Training, in order to share yoga with others. She has since completed the Yin and Meditation Teacher Training (Sagel Urlacher 2014) and Restorative Yoga Teacher Training (Bernie Clark 2018). Nichole is a homeschooling mom to her eight-year-old daughter and enjoys spending time on her paddle board and exploring outdoors.
Through The Trees
“We did forest bathing and learned about trees and sustainable use of tree parts for tea and tinctures. It really helped me feel centered and grounded, and I can’t wait to try making Tree tea at home.”
Through The Trees
“It was so nice to connect with people in nature over tea and share and learn together about the full moon. The releasing ceremony was just what I needed to get rid of what no longer serves me and make room for more positive things in my life. I left feeling lighter and with a great sense of peace and contentment.”
