As a special way to come together to honor the Winter Solstice, we would like to invite TTT families to join us for a lantern walk through the trees. We are holding this solstice event just for Through the Trees families (and on 12/21 it is open to the public). Since our parking space is limited, we are offering two times from which to choose (4:30-5:30pm or 6:00-7:00pm). Please, just one vehicle per family!
We will gather together at the parking area, walk with our lanterns lighting the night to the field and into our labyrinth. Once we have all gathered, we will hold a special solstice ceremony and sing This Little Light of Mine, for those who wish to join in. After our walk back from the field, there will be a campfire by the house with warm drinks and time to visit with one another until our next group of families is due to arrive. Be sure to dress warmly!
