Join us for this month's Sacred Pause Gathering outside surrounding by the natural world. We will focus on Gratitude and includes wild wreath making! Our group will take a short walk to our fire, where we will open our circle welcoming the Four Directions, Father Sky and Mother Earth. After a brief centering meditation, there will be journaling time, tea and space for holding and sharing gratitude. We will then move into harvesting materials for making wild wreaths. During this time, we can drink tea, chat and share in the creative and intuitive space of wild wreath making. Each participant will be able to bring their wreath home.

Our Sacred Pause gatherings are a way to come together to restore our bodies, minds and hearts, helping us to connect more deeply and align with our higher selves, Mother Earth and each other. We invite participants to come with an open heart and mind. We wish to hold this sacred space in a way that feels safe and without judgement, honoring each individual's uniqueness. Ages 17+ please.

What to bring/wear:

Warm layers, hat, mittens/gloves

Blanket for extra warmth (if desired)

Water bottle

Mug for tea

Journal and Writing Utensil
