MINDFULNESS MEDITATION MONDAYS
A weekly guided meditation practice
Through the Trees Guide Jewels will be leading Mindfulness Meditation Mondays each week at 7:00 to 7:30pm EST LIVE on our Facebook page. This will be a time to step back and breathe into your natural self. It is a time to come together and generate loving kindness towards ourselves and the world around us by practicing and learning to sit mindfully and be present in the moment.
This is an open sit for ALL humans of any age. No prior experience necessary. At the time of the event, go to the Through the Trees Facebook page (or click below) to join in.
