In this class, we will discuss various herbs that can strengthen the immune system to aid in prevention of illness and provide a “boost” during times of illness and stress. Learn which herbs can be most beneficial to immune support and easing symptoms of cold and flu, as well as how to prepare them. Becky and Kendall will provide samples of different types of herbal medicines such as teas, shrubs, tinctures and elixirs. Participants will be able to make their own bag of loose leaf tea to bring home.
